Documentary Programmer

Through the invitation of Mark Rabinowitz (co-founder of IndieWire), I was on the feature documentary programming team of the 2016 edition of the Oxford Film Festival (OFF) in Mississippi in the USA. 

The US independent film festival circuit is thriving with passionate, knowledgeable and brilliant festival leaders like OFF’s Melanie Addington.  Being part of this enabled me to connect with that international community of programmers as well as watching an incredibly wide range of submissions.

Ensuring the diversity of representation that OFF holds at its heart was key in my recommendations to programme films such as Children of the Arctic and Camera/Woman.
