Fife Cultural Trust / ON at Fife commissioned me to undertake strategic work on the feasibility of delivering a new film festival at the Adam Smith Theatre in Kirkcaldy, Fife. I developed an event business plan including key stakeholder identification.
September 2013 saw the first event of this kind in the town, led by Artistic Director Alan Morrison and Evan Henderson, Programme Manager at ON at Fife. I created and delivered an in-depth audience evaluation study of the first Festival. Kirkcaldy Film Festival continues to be a key date in the Fife festivals calendar.
